Welcome to the new official Black Plasma Studios website!
For those of you who are familiar with our old website, this site's purpose will be familiar to you. But for those of you who are new to BPS, let me fill you in.
What is the BPS website for?
We wanted a place where we can post large articles about important BPS-related information as well as a page to store instructions on how to apply for a position at Black Plasma Studios. As a plus, we are now able to have an FAQ we can direct people to, and an About section for basic information on how to contact us.
Why did you switch from the old website?
Our old website was due for it's next payment. The hosting site GoDaddy was asking for a sum we weren't willing to pay for what we were getting in return. We also felt WordPress as an interface wasn't up to a decent standard. Therefore we searched for an alternative and Wix offered the best deal while still retaining ownership of the blackplasmastudios.net domain.
What happened to the forums and chatbox?
Honestly not many people were using the chatbox enough to warrant renewing it. In terms of chatting with the BPS community and sharing your creations, we actually have a Discord server which is heavily populated and very active. We feel this is an excellent alternative to a forum, and it also keeps everything community-related in one place.

How do we know when a News article has been posted?
At the bottom of every page on the site, there is a signup box to the mailing list. This allows you to receive an email whenever a News article has been posted so you can keep up-to-date with BPS information easily.
